Blunt or Round Tip Brushes are manufactured by Justman Brush with a smooth tip or round wire end. This design ensures there are no sharp wire edges to scratch the item being cleaned.  Brushes with this type of tip are manufactured without a loop or ring handle. Fan Tip Brushes and Sponge Tip Brushes are designed to enter narrow mouth bottles and tubes,  and then expand to clean the sides of the Bottle, Flask & Tube, while protecting the bottom of the bottle or tube from scratches from a wire tip.

 

Radial Tip Brushes or Double Fan Tip Brushes have formed brush sprays at the tip of the brush. This allows the brush to thoroughly clean the bottom and sides of the bottle or tube, without scratching the glassware.

 

Straight or Cut Off Tip Brushes are trimmed of excess wire at the top of the brush.. This type of tip is generally found on brushes used to clean open ended items, such as tubing or pipes.

 

Tied Tip Brushes have a second brush material tied around the brush tip (usually this material is nylon), which aids in the cleaning of corners and bottom of bottles & test tubes, while protecting the bottle or tube from scratching.

 

For cleaning and scrubbing Beakers, Jars and Cylinders, Justman Brush offers eleven styles of Beaker Brushes. Our economical Beaker, Jar and Cylinder brushes are twisted in wire with black natural bristles securely fasten to a wood handle with a tufted tip. These brushes are chemical resistant and very durable.

 

Justman Brush hardwood spiral wound Beaker Brushes are available in both nylon and horse hair brush material. Chemical resistant bristles are spirally wound into grooves in the smooth hardwood handle. Heavy tufting at the tip reduces scratching and improves the cleaning capability of beakers, jars and other wide-mouth glassware. Our Beaker Brushes made with natural brush material, such as horse hair, can be used in static sensitive environments. We can custom design and manufacture Beaker Brushes to your specifications.

 

Plastic Handle Beaker and Jar Brushes are durable and reaction resistant. These brushes are made with polyester bristles, staple set into polypropylene handles. These products are comprised of FDA and USDA Approved Materials and are Autoclavable. We can custom manufacture these brushes to your specifications.

 

Buret Brushes have long, flexible, twisted in wire handles, which reach into burets, pipets and long tubing for thorough cleaning. All Justman Brush Buret Brushes have a fan tip to prevent scratching and are available in natural bristles or white nylon. Our sizes will clean burets from 10 ml to 100 ml.

 

The Justman Brush Bent Tube Brush is great for cleaning condensers, outlets, manifolds, traps,

valves, siphon and vapor glass tubing.

 

Artist, Dusting & Mottler Camel Hair Brushes are useful for powders, reagents, drosophila and dusting balance pans. The bristles are soft and static resistant for delicate jobs. Justman's Mottler Brushes are densely filled with a stainless steel ferrule.

 

Justman's Carboy or Water Bottle Brushes clean carboys sparkling clean. The regular Carboy Bottle Brush features a black nylon brush head that swivels to clean bottoms and walls with ease. Made of galvanized wire and fastened into a hardwood handle, this design facilitates greater cleaning pressure on the bottle than a long twisted in wire brush.

 

Justman's New Heavy Duty Carboy or Water Brush features an orange nylon twisted in wire brush with more scrubbing power.  Both styles of the Carboy or Water Bottle Brushes are available in 22" and 34" lengths to clean all sizes of carboy bottles.

 

Centrifuge Brushes have tapered natural bristles, providing effective cleaning and scrubbing action for centrifuge tubes, vials and small funnels. For the controlled or critical environment, Justman offers white nylon centrifuge brushes. Both styles clean centrifuge tubes from 2ml to 100ml.

 

Counter Dusters are designed to clean and sweep counter tops, desks and other small surfaces. Our Counter Dusters have synthetic fiber firmly fastened into molded plastic handles. Available in fibers offering a choice of gentle and medium dusting action.

 

Cylinder and Bottle Brushes are great for cleaning bottles, cylinders, and large test tubes. A full radial tip provides thorough cleaning/scrubbing action while preventing the brush from scratching the glassware.

 

Justman Brush offers 15 styles of Volumetric Flask and Bottles Brushes.  Volumetric and Erlenmeyer Flask Brushes have angled, flexible, plastic handles which fit easily into the neck and bends to allow the brush to conform to the flask or bottle shape.  The twisted in wire brush head is firmly fastened to the plastic handle and will effectively clean Erlenmeyer, Filtering, Kjeldahl, Pear-Shaped, Round and Flat Bottom, Reaction and Volumetric Flasks. Flask and Nurse Bottle Brushes are specially designed to fold flat as they enter the glassware, then open to span flask and bottle bottoms for very effective cleaning.

 

Micro-Flask Cleaning Brushes are uniquely designed to put the cleaning and scrubbing action where it is needed. The brush bristles fold flat to fit through the narrow neck, then expand to fill the chamber.

 

Funnel, Graduate & Cylinder Brushes are specially designed for cleaning conical glassware, such as pharmaceutical graduates and funnels. Tapered black natural bristles have a rounded tip with a double tuft extension for easy removal of residues.

 

Funnel Stem Brushes have short dense natural & white nylon bristles to easily remove residue from funnel stems.

 

Imhoff Cone Brushes have a tapered brush part flaring out in a double fan tip, for increased scrubbing action when removing stubborn sediments. Custom Brushes Available

 

Micro Tube Brushes, originally designed as "Kit Brushes" have a wide variety of uses, including cleaning small conical and round bottom bottles, test tubes, tubing and vials. These brushes are also useful for cleaning Chromatogaphy Sample Tubes. Custom Brushes are also available.

 

Our Nail Brushes are both durable but gentle for removing dirt and residue from soiled hands and equipment.  Both Disposable and Autoclavable styles are available.

 

Justman's Narrow Tube Brushes are great for cleaning narrow diameter burets, pipettes, glassware stems, and tubing. Custom Brushes Available

 

Nessler Tube Brushes - High Form - Taller and narrower than regular test tubes. High Form Nessler Tubes require a brush that will easily fit thru the narrow opening and provide the extra cleaning and scrubbing action along the bottom and walls of the tubes. Justman offers three styles in both natural and nylon bristles, for cleaning 50ml and 100ml tubes.

 

Nessler Tube Brushes - Low Form - These brushes are specially designed with a densely filled radial tip and head to make complete contact with cylinder walls, corners and bottom. Both 50ml and 100ml sizes are available in natural and nylon bristles.

Justman Brush Scrub Brushes have lightweight, polypropylene plastic handles which resist mildew, rot and bacteria. Available in both Palmyra and Tampico natural fibers, they are acid and chemical resistant.
